Woodstock changes trash haulers and flags an invasive insect
Selectmen unanimously approved moving the town's trash hauling from Casella to CWPM under a proposed five-year contract, though the minutes are still unapproved. Separately, the town reported spotted lanternflies and pointed residents to state reporting guidance.
