Easy Apple-Oat Cups

A simple, family-friendly way to use a late-summer market haul.

Gather

  • 4 apples, diced
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter or plant-based alternative
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • Cinnamon to taste

Make

Toss apples with cinnamon and divide among six muffin cups. Mix oats, melted butter, and brown sugar; spoon over the fruit. Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes, until tender, then cool before serving.
