Hampton voters approve three appropriations

Hampton’s official October 1 certificate reports that voters approved all three referendum questions. The approved items were $2,357,400 for the 2026–27 Hampton Elementary School budget, $75,000 from undesignated funds for South Bigelow Road paving, and an additional public-works employee at a stated $120,000 cost. The certificate records 218 total votes and provides the individual yes/no tallies; these are adopted referendum results, not pending proposals.
